Got a passion for creating visual content? We are looking for a Graphic Designer to synthesize the process, activities & work at NOCT and present them in a concise and visually appealing manner. The job requirements
  • A graphic designer who can conceptualise, execute and publish content on NOCT’s website and social media channels.

  • Creating consistent, meaningful content across all digital platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.

  • Brainstorm creative ideas and develop innovative campaigns experiences to increase engagement.

  • Deep dive into past projects done at NOCT by working very closely with the leads to understand the design process.

  • Synthesise the process and activities done for each project and present it in a concise and visually appealing manner on our website and all platforms.

  • Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms.

  • Experience in graphic design, or a related field. A degree is not required with related job experience.

What you need to bring to the table
  • You are creative and have the desire to contribute your own ideas.

  • Working knowledge of design tools like Illustrator and Photoshop to create posts.

Send in your portfolio with your best and most relevant work.

Video interview with a NOCT team member

If you’re through the first round, we’ll set up a video interview with you. You will be required to share your screen and walk us through some of your work.

Design exercise (if required)

In case we feel that we need a better understanding of your design skills after the interview, we’ll ask you to complete a short design exercise.

Group interview with the NOCT core team

You’ve come really far already! Now, all you need to do is show the NOCT core team that you are the best candidate for the role.

Get selected

Selected candidates will be intimated and the onboarding process will begin. We will need you to sign the employment agreements before work begins.
