Design students and freshers can apply
A portfolio demonstrating work in Brand & Identity Design, Layouts & Composition, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field of study. (academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of design portfolios)
Working knowledge of design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.
Creating appealing and pixel perfect visual designs with a clear idea of the brand’s ethos and brief, while always keeping consumers at front and centre.
Immersing yourself into the process of developing visual designs through research, conceptualisation, iterations and explorations. We value curious minds who are willing to explore in order to advance their abilities.
Ensuring timely completion of deliverables
Coordinating with NOCT’s in-house team at the Panchgani studio as well as any other remote team members.
Collaborating with team members and actively participating in discussions and brainstorming sessions.
Someone who takes pride in problem solving, researching, getting to the bottom of things and formulating solutions.
Someone with a keen aesthetic sensibility and the ability to craft visually appealing, pixel perfect designs with a high level of detail.

We provide accommodation to all our core team members in Panchgani, with all basic utilities covered including cleaning, electricity, water and lunch on all working days.

Work on fast paced projects with clients from around the world all day; wind down with a cup of coffee/tea/giggle juice of your choice on the porch overlooking a remarkable garden by evening. It’s truly a symphonic balance.
Our days at NOCT HQ often include mountain biking, running on table land, walks in the forest or a game of table tennis. Weekends bring treks, bonfires, impromptu music sessions and rafting in the dam. We live amidst nature, basking in the wonders of rural living, enjoying the simple pleasures and finding inspiration in the wild; all the while working just as one would in any metropolitan city. Naturally, we mean business.

If you’re through the first round, we’ll set up a video interview with you. You will be required to share your screen and walk us through some of your work.
In case we feel that we need a better understanding of your design skills after the interview, we’ll ask you to complete a short design exercise.
You’ve come really far already! Now, all you need to do is show the NOCT core team that you are the best candidate for the role.
Selected candidates will be intimated and the onboarding process will begin. We will need you to sign the employment agreements before work begins.
