We are looking for someone to manage content update of websites, ensure optimal performance, collaborate with teams to align the site with branding, SEO, and security standards.

The job requirements
  • Update website content, including text, images, videos, and product information. Ensure website alignment with branding and marketing strategies.

  • Monitor website uptime, loading speeds, and user experience. Identify and resolve website issues, including broken links, error pages, or technical glitches. Collaborate with IT teams for complex technical challenges.

  • Optimize images, videos, and other media to improve site performance. Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.

  • Test website functionality on various browsers and devices to ensure compatibility.

  • Work with marketing, design, and development teams to execute campaigns or updates.

  • Ensure the website complies with data protection regulations and accessibility standards. Monitor website security, including backups and software updates.

What you need to bring to the table
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Web Operator, Web Administrator, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in content management systems (Experience in Builder.io is preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, web development practices and web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

  • Familiarity with website hosting, domain management, cloud platforms and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and techniques.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
