Panchgani
2+ years experience as a designer.
Proven ability to strategize brand concepts, including positioning and messaging, to create cohesive and impactful brand identities.
A portfolio demonstrating work in Brand & Identity Design, Layouts & Composition, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field of study. (academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of design portfolios).
Working knowledge of design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and Indesign.
Creating appealing visual designs with a clear idea of the brand’s vision, while keeping consumers at front and centre.
Always ensuring designs are pixel perfect. Approaching design with a methodical and meticulous mindset.
Striking the right balance between NOCT’s interests, the client’s expectations and consumer experience.
Immersing yourself into the process of developing visual designs through research, conceptualisation, iterations and explorations.

Conceptualising ideas and visualising concepts across different mediums, even beyond your own skill set.
Working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of designs and timely completion of deliverables.

We live amidst nature, basking in the wonders of rural living, enjoying the simple pleasures and finding inspiration in the wild; all the while working just as one would in any metropolitan city. If you’re through the first round, we’ll set up a video interview with you. You will be required to share your screen and walk us through some of your work.
In case we feel that we need a better understanding of your design skills after the interview, we’ll ask you to complete a short design exercise.
You’ve come really far already! Now, all you need to do is show the NOCT core team that you are the best candidate for the role.
Selected candidates will be intimated and the onboarding process will begin. We will need you to sign the employment agreements before work begins.
